Create a Google Maps HTML/KML file with popup windows

I need someone to create me an HTML file that loads Google Maps through the Javascript API and then loads a KML file that does the following:
1) Has two different location markers in it with two different bits of text that pop up when you click them
2) Draw a polygon that has some height (e.g. its 3D above the surface of the earth) and have it show a label on it (like “polygon”) and other text that pops up when you click it
It would be great if you could write the code so
It doesnt matter what the text is or where the pins/polygon are - it’s just so I can understand how to do it in raw HTML/Javascript/KML.
Note - you’ll need a Google Maps API key to do this piece of work. I have one already i can use once you hand the work over.
It should be pretty easy - I’m just not sure how to do it.
