Make Ebay Template have corporate look and clean code

I am looking for someone to make a nice ebay template. The current template is too plain. Look here: [url removed, login to view]

We are going for a more corporate look

I am not looking for something too fancy, keep it simple. The current look is not attractive. Please make it look better. Also please clean up the code so that it works perfectly with ebay. I need to be able to copy and paste the code straight into ebay.

You will need to also create an area for 12 pictures. Put a place holder for this. The images will need to be a thumbnail that when they click on it will show larger. I will replace the images when done.
