Titanium tablet app development - WGW

We would like to develop phase I of a relatively simple tablet application to help people make decisions. WGW is the working title of the app.
Phase I would have WGW working on Android and iOS tablets. We should be able to make WGW work on Android and iOS phone / phablet form factors in a later phase.
WGW *must* be developed in Appcelerator Titanium, using Appcelerator's Alloy MVC framework.
The app will have two main screens (e.g. ignoring splash screen):
1) Find options
2) Option details
1) Find options screen
This will consist of a filter pane and a cards pane. On selecting options in the filter pane (location, date, some checkbox and some drop-down), the card pane will show some cards (i.e. 4-6 on screen, others can be scrolled to) based on the filter. Each card will show some information drawn from a local database / asset library (including pictures, text, some calculated information, possibly a chart). The user can save filter selections for later use.
2) Option details screen
The options details screen shows more information from the card that is clicked. This will include graphics, text, numerical information, charts, and calculated information. The information and assets will all be held locally. There will be a number of sections to this screen, some of which will need to be independently scrollable given the amount of information retrieved. The user can click / swipe between cards as filtered in the filter pane.
Future development (not in this job) would allow the database and assets to be synced with a remote server, a login for the user to save and sync their selections.
Please reply with details of apps you have developed in Titanium (apk / isca and with App Store / Play Store links where possible) and your rough estimate of how long it would take to develop the screens described above.
Further details, mockups, spec and design guides will be sent during the interview process if necessary.
