Auction Prototype w/ Responsive Design

I am seeking an individual or group to develop a web based prototype for an online auction. The prototype will demonstrate several views of the user's experience with looping actions and some interaction.

The developer and designer will take a responsive approach to the UI so that the application can be prototyped on a computer, tablet and smartphone browser.

I will provide a wireframe for each view and several examples of the design style I am seeking. Your creative suggestions are welcomed.

Once the designs are completed for each view we will finalize the movements, loops and user interaction points then begin development.

The total project should take approximately two weeks.

Necessary Programming Skills:

HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, JSON, jQuery and AJAX

Please read the project first and write the word "Understood". Also write your steps and suggestions to complete the project with a short description of what you understood.
