Simple android demo project modification

I am looking for someone to modify an existing Android demo project for me. The project is based on an opensource project, i want to modify the way it loads the model, i'll point out to you how it loads the model now, and instead of loading from the resources(the current implementation), i'd like to load the model from an [login to view URL] file in the local storage. i'll provide the sample model file as attached.
all you need to do is the followings:
- add a button to browse the local storage to select a [login to view URL] file,(the current implementation is a list for local resources), also handels app privilege issues.
- parse the [login to view URL] file and load the model accordingly, display the file name as the model name on ui
- keep the rest of the app
- build an apk for me, so i can test how it works.
- deliver the modified source code to me
The project should be developed using Java. Experience with Java and Android development is ideal for this job.
