Need to install OPENNMS in a windows server and import a (tested and validated) MIB file from a network device. The expected results are:

1) Sucesfull instalation of last OPENNMS software for windows, and documentation of the procedure to make it.

2) Sucesfull import and configuration of a custom MIB file, and the documentation of the procedure to make it
