I'm looking for a virtual assistant that can assist me with basic marketing tasks with experience in AdWords (experience in SEO, Google Search 360, Google Analytics).
This job will require excellent written mEnglish communication. However it won't be client facing, you will only communicate with me so if you don't have perfect spoken English, that's not a huge issue.
Please look below and let me know which tasks you can accomplish, which tasks you don't think you could do, and which tasks you could learn to do fairly easily with minimal instruction. if you have any additional experience please mention that as well.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
AdWords:
-researching keywords and search volumes
-creating new accounts
- help with setting budgets and making sure the budgets are spent
-using the AdWords Editor
-checking the search query report for new negative keywords
-optimize the account by looking at conversions, conversion rates, cost per conversion, etc.
-reporting back on insights
- providing recommendations to optimise ad groups and campaigns
- Answering any questions regarding adword campaigns
SEO:
-technical On Page SEO audits
-searching for and creating local directory citations
-using Yoast to implement H1s, Meta Descriptions, Title Tags, etc.
-keyword research
-using Moz to monitor rankings
-using Moz to generate monthly reports
-using Google Webmaster Tools / Search Console
Google Analytics:
-monthly as well as weekly, reports on GA fundamentals
-set up conversion tracking based on URLs
