We would like to have a mascot developed - 'Wally the Worm'. This is for a children's(6-12 year olds) education program that teaches them about waste, recycling and looking after the environment.
Initially, we would just like to have Wally the character designed. Later we may also ask you to design some variations of Wally in action with speech bubbles etc.
I have attached an example of something close to what we are after:-
• Colours to be used – yellow & green (not too bright)
• Bright blue glasses – to look 'smart'
• Small arms
• The intention is to have a 'Wally the Worm' costume made so please keep this in mind when designing character
