Basic iPhone App for Twitter

I need a very very simple twitter app. One that does this:

Lets them read, and post messages.

Lets them log their twitter accounts in, it will pull their twitter pic up and show their twitter wall.

Thats it. Just messages with the little pic beside the message and a place to type in text.

Also, needs to send push notices when someone (at)'s them.

If this App comes well then you will develop a much bigger app for twitter client for iPhone.

I won't pay more than $100-$150 for this job! I know this app can be coded really quick and in few hours. I have been into iPhone apps and I know how things works but just very busy!
