Asterisk call originating application for iPhone

I need an open source iPhone application which allows the user to initially specifiy an Asterisk AMI address, TCP port, username, password and a phone number (A). Then, user should browse the iPhone contacts list and choose a number to be dialed (B). Then, Asterisk should originate a call between (A) and (B). For those who are new to Asterisk, we should pass the following packet to it to originate the call:

Action: Login

Username: myuser

Secret: musecret

ActionID: 1

Action: Originate

Channel: DAHDI/g1/${A}

Exten: ${B}

Priority: 1

Timeout: 60000

Context: full
