2 HTML Pages (pure html or flexboxgrid)

I need two simply html pages. There is one fixed background ([login to view URL]) that scales to the entire screen. Inside and centered on the screen there is another image ([login to view URL]) and inside this image there is a text that is aligned vertical and horizontally on the center of the image box ([login to view URL]). I need the same page but inside the hint box will have the text as well as an image on the right. The image is always square and it always have a stroke around.
Those are the requirements:
1) It will work with any resolution from 1280x800 and up (1366x768, 1900x900, 1680x1050, 1920x1080 etc)
2) It will preferable pure html, css with flex without bootstrap or javascript frameworks. If you have to use a grid system you should use flexboxgrid or suggest yours when you bid)
3) Its really easy for a developer, you should deliver today after a few hours after bidding and accepting.
