Frontend Developer with Rails Knowledge

We are looking for a Front-End Web Developer who can help develop the frontend of our web app. We use the METRONIC ADMIN THEME so you don't need to design from scratch. We create mockups using the elements from the theme, and they need to be made functional in the UI.
Example: It's important that when we say "please create a login page", you don't just put 2 text fields on a page and say it's done. You also understand that it means adding help texts, validating the entries and showing user feedback like success and error messages.
Responsibilities
+ Develop new user-facing features based on mockups and discussions
+ Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs
+ Optimize application for maximum speed and scalability
+ Assure that all user input is validated before submitting to back-end
+ Use the design elements of the Metronic admin theme to design the UI
Skills And Qualifications
+ Knows UI best practices
+ HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap, Javascript frameworks, jQuery
+ Proficient understanding of Ruby on Rails
+ Good understanding of asynchronous request handling, partial page updates, and AJAX
+ Proficient understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues and ways to work around them.
+ Experience working with Github for code versioning
+ Experience using the Agile Methodology & Agile task management tools
