I need a very simple web page wich allows a user to register its physical activity and other attributes of the same which I will give you once I authorize you the project. This web page has to be responsive and has a service of authentication and authorization of a user. The front end doesnt matter.... Back end DOES matter.
I will need it to have at least 7 entities on SQL which I will also give the information to you. Reports should be able to relate at least 3 tables of SQL.
The web page must generate tabular and graphic reports of a selected piece of information. The tabular reports should be able to be exported in CSV and PDF format and the graphic reports in PNG and PDF.
I will need all the code from SQL, HTML and CSS as it will be my intellectual property.
