I need a solution for an HTML table with the following characteristics:
1. The first (top) row must be fixed in such a way that all other rows will scroll under (just like fixed rows in excel);
2. The column widths MUST be in percentages. No fixed widths allowed;
3. The table width MUST be in percentage as well. No fixed width allowed;
I will only give this project to someone that comes with a ready solution, either already published or not. You can develop your own solution and then offer it after it was tested by you. In other words, no "adventurers" here, please.

this should take me no longer than 5 minutes assuming ive interpreted the brief correctly... plenty of experience working with tables and html due to previous line of work creating html email templates
