Your job will be to modify an existing bootstrap template to call external files.
You will extract from the template page the Header Section ( navbar menu ), Footer section, and Sidebar section:
Each of these sections should then be made into external html files that can be called from any page and used throughout the entire website. This would allow any future changes to be made once to the external page, and have it reflected on all pages of the website
Each external page should contain remarks instructing a non-programmer where to place changes to the menu categories.
These external pages should be called from any page using a combination of Javascript, jQuery Ajax. or other
This programming must be the absolute best SEO code designed to pass Google PageSpeed and optimization tests
Any additional features, expansions or ideas that you may suggest would be appreciated.
Instructions for each section
1. Header -
The external Header html file or Navbar menu does not need to be the same length or the same amount of categories as the one within the template page.
This menu can be smaller and simpler using maybe four categories with only two or three subcategories for [login to view URL] category.
For example: ( About ) ( Something -sub1,sub2, ) ( Something -sub1,sub2,sub3 ) ( Other -sub1,sub2 ). However the ( Search icon ) and coding at the end of the menu must remain.
2. Footer -
The external Footer html file should be a combination of copyright and menu. For example:

The (current year) must be dynamic so it changes automatically each year.
3. Sidebar
The Sidebar section should also be an external html file to be called and used in all pages. However, remarks must be inserted to provide instructions to a
non-programmer as to where changes of each subject can be made.
You should bid this job based on the following:
Provide the above three external files as described above. This will including all associated library files and/or javascript files necessary to make each section function.
In addition, you will provide the correct syntax code for placing the call to each of these three sections.
In addition , you will supply a working modified template page. This will be the same page that was provided to you, however, you will have removed the Header section, Footer section, and
Sidebar Section and replaced same with the call code for the external pages.
In addition, you will provide any instructions you deem necessary to complete the job.
