updating a KML file for current US congressional districts

I have a project that requires updating of a US Congressional District map KML file. The current KML file is based on a Census Bureau KML file of the congressional districts for the 115th Congress, which I need updated to the 118th Congress. Census does not have a KML file yet and I don't have the right skill set to convert available options to try to update the KML on my own.

The site uses a combination of Google API, KML files for states and congressional districts, and custom mapping JS for a clickable map tied to an external JSON file and API that generates custom reports.
We are doing a soft launch of an update using a data set based on the current Congressional Districts on March 7 and a full launch on March 21.
