flash swf embed in web pages coding

We have flash design tools that are currently embedded into our website. We need to modify the code so that the swf file runs across all platoforms including windows, mac, iphone, droid, etc. Right now flash is not supported by android. We are using flashbuilder 4.0 files. We need the coding to allw this content to be viewed no matter what the browser is. The coding needs to include links for viewers to download the proper software based on their os and version.
