Add Advanced Excel attributes to Workbook

I have created a 5 sheet Excel Workbook that is to act as the key document in Reporting, Tracking and Presenting a Programs success. I have intermediate Excel skills and I require the assistance of an Advanced Excel user to really polish this for me, as it will be used in Executive Presentations and Board Reporting. I would like automated, visually appealing and integrated upgrade of the Workbook to include things like the "Power View" which is built in HTML5. The Solution will need to maintain functionality across MS Office 2010 as well as MS 365. So please bear this in mind. This will also be a working, live Workbook which will be constantly updated. Ideally I would like fixed formatting so that I don't need to change any of the "Dynmatics" "Analytical" Charts / Reports.
I would like this to be completed by January 5th 2016. Privacy is extremely important and applicants should be able to demonstrate how my data will be protected. I look forward to working with you.
