ms access procedure to export file

I have 1 table in ms access and job is to create a buton in a form that is on press there will be a popup that we will put text ex: export_birthdates and click again will call a procedure that will export a query format xlsx and the sheet having the name info and the file name will be [login to view URL] and popup comes out again we will type all_people and press again and again will call a procedure that will export a query format xlsx and the sheet having the name info and the file name will be [login to view URL] and popup will comes out again and if we type END then ms access will close
If there are other ways to accomplish that task is also welcome
The go is to have the files exported to a specific folder when user enter a name for the file and then automatic ms access closed if no requested anymore
Folder path is N:\robot\sms\denis
