I am an EFL instructor who has taught foreign ELLs (English Language Learners) for eleven years - nine years with adults in Korea and two years online with Chinese children. I am in the early stages of designing a series of online cross-cultural communication courses for adult ELLs.

I need the consulting services of someone with extensive experience in both adult education (i.e. teaching, course development) and LMS platforms (i.e. vetting platforms, creating online content). Currently, I need assistance in finding an LMS platform that will be commensurate with the learning needs of my future students, as well as affordable for my small business.

I am only seeking someone who is based in the U.S.
