search through twitter RTs for # of followers

I have two twitter accounts. Account #1 with 5000 RTs. And account #2 where I have so far retweeted those RTs from account #1 where the original poster has over 4000 followers. I lost patience though. And I'm sure there is some smarter way to do it. So my question:

I can give you both passwords if you need them (I imagine you would only need the password for account #2, though, right?), and I would then ask you to

1) Search through the 5000 RTs from account #1, and determine which tweeter of those RTs has over 4000 followers

2) Follow that tweeter (is that a word?) from within account #2, and RT him on that account, too.

I kind of need this done by Tuesday night (PST). So it would have to be someone who could get on this soon.

What would be a price?

And please let me know how you would go about doing this.
