Splitting DVD into smaller video files

I have a dance DVD showing different exercises. The DVD needs to be split into several smaller video files so that each one can be stored and played separately.
The DVD is less than an hour long and needs to be split into approximately 10-12 files (to be confirmed - I will give you exact instructions once the project has been granted). I will give you the start and stop time for each file. For example, the first might be from 0:00 - 2:10, the second from 2:10 - 3:30 etc.
This is a small project - I will pay via GAF and leave excellent feedback if the job is done well and on time.
Please send me a message if you have any questions. In your bid, please also let me know the best way to provide the original DVD file to you - do you have an online FTP that you use, or a file uploading site that you prefer?
