hi i need Developer with skills ( ionic 5, android and php)

and i am looking some developer with same skills set who can edit this codes for me from design to codes and upload to play stores respectively.

and yes i need website exactly like zomato from where we can order to.( the backed is already ready database)

now your questions would be what would be the changes , so i am attaching the doc file in which i have mentioned everything and you can cross check the link i gave.. there hardly few points , please check it properly and we can then discuss more..

i am looking for proper person who can help me in this project as this is pilot project if goes success we can turn have good business setup.

so main objective not investing much and having some good result..
