I need an Android app developed to track daily expenses of field drivers.

General information for the app: The app will be for internal use to help us daily expenses/income for drivers in the field.
Kind of development: New app from scratch
Description of requirements/features: Please see attachment to get an idea what I need.
Steps:
1 Driver logs-in with his details.
2. He inputs the car number (drop down of all cars available to him to drive)
3. He inputs Cash on Hand (which we provide at the start of the shift)
4. He inputs Km reading at start of shift (Kms at end of shift will be done at the end of the shift)
5. As he starts to drive and receive jobs he should be able to select from a list of jobs (from various clients) and input a start time and end time. If job had toll collected the the toll amount, if job was cash (drop down or radio button) then cash collected and if credit (the credit amount).
At the end of the shift he clicks (end shift button) prompts for End KM, at that time it should calculate all totals and show summarized totals -
Total ( Kms driven)
Total Time of shift
Total Expenses (Toll, Fuel, Other, Expense Total)
Total Cash collected
Total Cash collected+Cash on Hand (from beginning of Shift)
Balance Cash on Hand.
