Develop Web-Cam Live-Feed Android app

Hi Everyone. I need a basic app that will pick up live feeds from multiple web cams based on known IP addresses, and display them on the screen of the device as either full screen or four cameras per screen or eight cameras per screen. Ideally the location of each camera will be reflected on googlemap, and be searchable by address. The app must have the ability to access any number of cameras, which are added by the app administrator.
