elastix configuration callerid problem

hi there

we have elastix server running and configured,

and we have remote extension configured at android mobile phone.

the problem is when caller call its come to extension and show caller id like this= callerid@PBXIP.

now the issue am using autoresponder app to send sms after call disconnect.

the auto answer app could not send sms due to wrong call log as it come =callerid@PBX IP.

we need this to done very urgently by today.
