We are submitting a contract application to the US National Institutes of Health (NIH) before February 3rd 2015. We wish to engage an experienced NIH grant and contract writer/manager to oversee the process and ensure that all materials are compiled correctly.
The team involved have written many successful NIH grants but are engaged on other projects. All of the scientific writing is completed, it is now only a matter of reviewing the solicitation (see below) and completing all of the associate paperwork. The required deliverables are detailed checklists of every component needed to complete the submission along with dates for which the items should be completed. Contractor will be expected to follow the process and manage the submission with our internal personnel.
