Create a Motion Graphics Video for a Proposal

I have created a powerpoint deck which includes a short story line and many pictures of the two of us. I am looking for a very well done video to include motion graphics (must have very strong background) to come up with a unique design full of motion background artwork and all of the pictures I have provided. I pic stiched them together for ease of uploading; however, you will need to crop them individually and or keep some in tact as pic stitches as you please. I am not looking for something overly simple like a bunch of pictures attached to a book which has pages that turn. I am hoping this can be very interactive and unique. The attachment is the layout of the scenes to be created. I will give lots of creative flexibility. But I'm looking for it to be romantic. Please be sincere as this is an opportunity i can only impress once :)
