Create Photoshop masks for images

We have 60 images similar to the ones attached. We need a mask / alpha channel for each of them, selecting only the bike. Please notice that the bike has lots of cables and small details, ALL of which must be included in the mask. We do NOT want a feathered mask, it needs to be very precise and not be aliased / jagged.
If you're good in Photoshop, you will do this by using the Channels (e.g. [login to view URL]) rather than by using the Magic Wand.
We have 60 images now and will post another 80 next week (we'll post that as a separate project, which would go to the freelancer we work with, of course assuming the work is of good quality)
If you send a sample of how you could do this, you'll have a great advantage to be awarded the project!
We need the files delivered as PSD or TIFF with the alpha channel.
