This is a community for people who have surveys to make.
Everyone can create or answer surveys. Once the survey are finished, survey owner can publish or sell them.
There is a defined fee for each answer to surveys, whereas survey owners pay and a percentage of each respondants earn.
- please find enclosed the pdf that explains the features in details.
- bid must be for exclusive ownership of the script
- script can be based on existing script (oscommerce or other)
- script must be supplied with no specific template and no logo (all graphics will be done separately)
- all pages must be css'd
- all pages url must be "rewrited" to comply with content
Payment as follow :
- 20% firm payment at project start
- 60% escrow payment through GAF after delivery and acceptance
- 20% payment 2 monthes after delivery (escrow)
We are honest payers. But this script is only PHP/MySql writing. Any skilled php freelance can do it easily and fast. So we will have no patience with over bidders.
The document attached is explaining the main features. The bidder must understand this document and accept to implement obvious features that are not described in this document but reasonnably must be included in the project (like FAQ's, etc etc - normal website features for this type of site).
Must be multi-language enabled.
Since we will not know with whom we'll be working, the first 20% will be escrowed (and NOT firmed paid) and release after 2 weeks after the supplier will send us some proof of his work. After that we'll escrow the next 60%.
