Custom Cubecart Mods for Netmax only

Need a custom wishlist feature added to our e-commerce site. Registered users should be able to define their wishlist from the list of products. Product as well as product options should be saved with wishlist. Visitors to site should be able to search site for a wishlist by userid. Additionally a registered user can be tied to an website affiliate so when a user visits site from a referral the url should be parsed to retrieve the affiliate ID and if the affiliate has a wishlist defined then it should be displayed.
