Autosurf Script Enhancement needed

I need a pure php coders who knows php Fantastically,

i have two As Script need some enhancement.

The task is very simple, as the current script is fully functional. but need some ammendment to make it more pro and presentable in a different manner.

this is more on rebranding process of the script.

remember i dont have much money on this.

after completion we need you to create 1 site meant for e-commerce.
