I need an Amazon gateway added to the list of available Cart66 available. You'd simply need to copy and edit one of the existing gateway options and input the Amazon variables.

The gateway only need accept one way payments; no recurrence, refunds or anything of the sort just pay and return to the store (with confirmation etc).
