A Dynamic menu for Gaming site

A dynamic menu for our flash gaming site. current design <[url removed, login to view]>

## Deliverables

For [url removed, login to view] Menu we would like:

1) Style - [url removed, login to view]

2) Abilitiy to adjust external file to add items to the menu (menu is dynamic from an external source such as an XML file or database

3) For any submenu that has horizontal lap, horizontal scrolling should take over so that all the features are viewable. Reason being for things such as Top 10 and Categories, there will be too many items to statically display on the screen, will require a horizontal scroll in these cases

4) Width should fit the design that is included as well as the initial color scheme.

All html/css/xhtml must be W3C compliant.

All work for _www.RateFreeGames.com_ must be accepted and approved before the project is considered complete.

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).

## Platform

Must run on the Current Windows 2003 Web Edition Dedicated server.

Must be Compatible with all browsers and look the same on all browsers.
