create a [url removed, login to view] file from a PNG file. The PNG source is around 50x50, and I need in one ico file all the various .ico resolutions that IE6, IE7, Safari 2, 3, Firefox 1.5, 2.0 would need in both the browser tab (when appropriate) and favourites/bookmarks menus. I will supply the PNG source file on selection of the bidder, unless for some good reason you need to see it upfront. NOTE: you will have some anti-aliasing work to do to make sure that the logo, which consists of two block letters, looks good in the 16x16x16 ico minimal format. But the logo needs to look sharp not only in the 16x16x16 format, but all resolutions. The outside of the logo letters should be transparent, and the inside white.
## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).

I will be adding the PNG file to the bid, if any of you would like to try and get the job. I think the most difficult part will be to make this look good enough in 16x16 with 16 color, and with transparent outer area.

deliverable should simply be the one .ico file. The server platform, fwiw, is Linux.
