Counter Script for Infusionsoft HTTP Posts

I need a script that can take an http post from Infusionsoft and add/subtract from custom fields.

For example, a user clicks an automation link, I want to add to their 'leadscore' field. Or, perhaps, time passes and I want to subtract from that same leadscore (so I http-post a negative number to the script).

The inputs for the script need to include the contact record, the value of the input (ie +/- an integer value), and the custom field to be altered.
