Complete Web Services integration of Magento with Ship Compliant

We have a Magento module that integrates the Ship Compliant Marketplace API ([url removed, login to view]) with Magento.
There are three small details left to add:
1. when an order is not compliant (rejected) we need a message to display to customer/front end.
2. we need to add the shipping tracking number to the customers account info (front end)
3. Magento generates 2 different order numbers with each order - 1 for the customer, 1 for Ship C. We need to collate the 2 number systmes (backend for Magento admins).
The site is set up in Joomla to use the Magento cart via Magebridge.
The current cart works just fine - it sends and retrieves all order info from Ship C - just need to add these last elements.
