Diem coder or consultant required

We have a requirement for a consulting expert on a new build web project that is currently underway. There is also opportunity to become involved in the day to day coding of the site.
Our build uses the Diem framework (on Symfony 1.4) and we need a person who has very strong knowledge of Diem to join our team in order to assist our other developers to integrate our requirements.
Please do not reply to this project unless you specifically have Diem experience as no other framework will be considered.
This is an adhoc engagement with communication via Skype.
