Changer footer of my website

Hi,
I am a very beginner with programming and I will need a few jobs done. Each job will sound very easy for a programmer but is complicated for a beginner like me.
Basically I have built a website listing some ads. All the functions are working great. What I need now are a few fixes (two for now, more to come):
- when reading the ads, you click on previous or next. I would like the arrows of the keyboard to also do the job (click the -> arrow of the keyboard) to see next ad
- I would like the footer of the document to be at the bottom of the screen when little content, and to be at the bottom of content if content is longer than screen. I'm not sure it's very clear but I'm sure you understand :)
Please let me know if you help me on this!
