BULK TEXT MESSAGING SERVICE/WEBSITE

This is what I want... - Create a website - One page that will be a log-in page and another page that will be a sign up page. - After they have registered/logged in, it will take them to their profile...In the profile on the left hand side will be boxes to enter in names and phone numbers. We need room for alot of phone numbers and names so maybe a button that says "add more fields" which will add more places to plug names and phone numbers in. * We would like the user to be able to make different categories for the people they plug in the names and phone numbers for. So under red hair there will be 10 people...under blond hair will be 20 people. *** Can you make it able for users to upload number and names to their profile from excell??? * Each name should be editable whenever the user goes to their profile. * Each name should have a selection box to select which names to send text messages to. (There should also be a "select all" button - On the right hand side will be a big text box where the user can enter in text and then push a "submit" button, which will send a text message to all the numbers selected on the left. There should be a box that opens up after you submit the text that says it went through and what was sent and to whom. That's pretty much it! ## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).

We have dreamweaver...everything should be very easy to use and upload to our website...we are not big computer people!
