Adobe Acrobat Reader: Server Based, Browser Embed

Hi,

I have a small web application made in .NET where I need to open PDF files in a custom frame within the browser, when a link is clicked. The application is user based.

I require a solution where I install the Adobe Acrobat Viewer on my application server and when a request is send to open the pdf file, the web application pulls the Adobe Acrobat instance (multiple instances at the same time, if multiple requests is sent) from the server and opens in that custom frame within the web browser rather than open the Adobe Acrobat from the user's local computer.

In addition to this I want to use the Annotations feature of the Adobe Acrobat Reader, were each user of the website/application can have their personalized annotations saved too so that they can retrieve them at a later stage.

Also, I would like to hide certain controls of the Adobe Acrobat Reader when its open in a browser.

Front end: Asp.Net 3.5 with C#2.0

Back end: MS-SQL Server 2008

Application Architecture: N-Tier Architecture
