What we do
Lindera ensures seniors are okay and receiving the care they need, while providing families peace of mind. As a recurring service for relatives, Lindera assess and improves the quality of institutional care a senior receives in a nursing facility or at home. A family chooses its care expert out of the Lindera network to send him regularly (once or twice a month) to its senior home. Assisted by a mobile application and for a monthly fee, the care expert checks the quality of care upon five scientifically developed criteria. The relative receives a digital report including a list of improvements to implement and discuss them with the care givers.
What we need
We need to build the Lindera Auditor App, a line of business app that only Lindera care experts with a user account can access. It includes a scientifically developed questionnaires to conduct the audit. The must have APIs to different CRM systems, it should also easily integrate customer data from excel sheets.
Our system provides statistical analysis based on Business Intelligence reporting technology.
The pool of possible solutions and alternatives continuously grows with every new customer. By using the mobile device with a Lindera App, or through [login to view URL] web interface, care experts can easily prepare an audit and get access to the experiences and input of other auditors.
The app must be able to automatically generate a report. Several reports should be integrated in a history of reports that can be accessed via a login.
There is prototype on the Salesforce architecture in place.
