Create a Web App (Andorid & iPhone) for a festival

I need to write a web app wich will become an app for Android and iPhone for a Festival.
I need it to have:
- The programme of the festival (sorted by days in tabs), each event should have a description if tapped
- An interactive map of the festival
- Push notification i can send when I want
- A page with the list of all authors and a page for the biography of each one
- A very stupid but ingaging game as homepage in order to let people want to keep the app from an edition and another.
I only need you help me, you don't have to do all the job alone, once you've done a very raw template I can finish alone.
