App to Android and iPhone with Push Messages (4 pages)

We want a native app with push messages. There are only 4 different pages. The result must look 100% like out design we will give fonts, color-codes etc.
Out API is a simple rest API (header token + json get/post):
- Login
- Create User
- Get Questions
- Answer Question
- Join Workspace
We also want to send push messages to users when they have a new question to answer. You can choose a service, but it must support simple http get/post to send messages out.
The last thing is help to get the app published for Android and Iphone.
Price must contain: Development of APP to Android and iPhone + Push Messages Function + Publishing.
We will deliver, API and Design. :-)
