Desktop Software Tracking

Hi, I need to have a small Iphone App for my class project that can do the followings:

1. User (i.e. staff) can register as a new member.

Infor are: staff id, email, password, reconfirm password. They are added to mysql database of user table

2. Upon submission, a new registered user would receive a notification to verify his/her registration where user table would be updated as verified.

3. Once the registration is verified, user can add details about the software that he/she has in his/her pc. Information goes to user_software table.

Infor are: Software name, version, installation date, and vendor name.

4. User should be able to view and change the details BUT not to delete from the list

5. For deletion/removal purpose, user should be able to select from the entered list of user_software table using checkboxes of list view to indicate when any of the installed software being removed and installed. The software id, user, description, date and time will be added to user_removed_software table.

I will need the entire codes so I can do more modification as required for this class project assignment. I will have it running and tested using mysql on my local apache server.
