App description:

The basic functionality of the app is to allow users to record and store music files from online streaming media sources. So, user will be able to browse various streaming audio sources (such as online radio stations) and while playing the streaming audio, the app will provide a mechanism to store the data stream to a audio file directly into the local storage on user's device. The stored files can be later played locally without streaming or connecting to the original source. Hence user will be able to record music to his device without paying any recurrent fees.

We need to understand whether the described app constitues any copyright violation and whether we can make a commercial distribution for this app without any legal implications.
