A prototype app similar to QUORA app

Need a prototype app similar to quora where users can add questions and other users can answer. Also, other users can get a push notification. Freelancer would have to manage the assets like icons etc. himself. Server side functionality will be provided by us. Freelancer is free to choose html5 or native as he wish and feel convenient.

Minimum screens required :

1) Login with facebook,followed by a screen where user will enter some locations either by google places autocomplete or they drop a marker on the google map.

2) Home screen with 2 tabs

a) one tab where a user will see the questions posted by other users.

b) second tab where user can see the notifications.
