Bug fix - Microsoft Access Sales Database

I have an outbound sales database created with Microsoft Access. The system is fairly basic however there is a bug within the database which needs to be resolved. The bug is fairly simple and should take no more than 30 minutes to fix. Actually it should take a lot less than that. The person who created the database is not contactable so I need someone to fix it ASAP.
Bug description: When you go into the active customer field and click on the call date field the date automatically appears and the drop down for the call type is automatically shown. This is as it should be. A problem occurs when you select 3 of the first four call type options; 1. "Appointment set", 3. "Did not speak to owner", and 4. "No Answer". If you select one of these call types it should show the corresponding call type you selected and then populate the "Next Action Date" and "Next Action Time" field. However instead it automatically populates with Callback Required as the call type. Even though the next action is a callback it should not be the call type. Can you please resolve this and send me a new version?
