amend the delivery time issue in gomage lightcheckout

we need someone to amend magento gomage lightcheckout 3.2.1 so that if they place an order after the last delivery time, it will be +2 days and not +1day
currrently the system is fixed for last delivery timing to be 7pm. if they purchased at 7:01pm on wards the delivery options is still displaying next day morning. but in fact, it should be +2 days.
extension source code will be given so you can check beforehand.
bidder must work on project immediately and provide the code on where to change.
bidder will get to work on other projects as well
