Build a Mac Automator Process

This is for a Mac. This is not for Windows, iPads, or any other platform.
I need an Automator / Applescript process created that would enable the user to:
- Select a file in the Finder
- Press a hotkey to upload the file to a web page and submit the page. We have already built the web page, and can make any changes as necessary. The page will not change - it will be the same URL from file to file. It has a "Browse" button and is used to upload a .jpg file. Therefore, pushing the file to this page would be the equivalent of browsing for the file in the file system, or dragging a file from the Finder to the browse button.
- Upon doing so, move the selected file to a target folder on the Mac. That folder could be the same from file to file - it would not change.
